Terms, Conditions & Rates

Minimum 2 Nights Stay.
A full Irish breakfast, all taxes and charges are included.
Rates are quoted for Bed & Breakfast per Room based on two persons sharing.
There is an additional charge for a third person (€60) and there is no single occupancy discount.

Payment

When you book with Desmond ‘Townhouse’ via credit card, your card is held via a secure SSL connection. We do not take any monies off your card on booking, only on departure date.

Cancellation Policy

Notice of cancellation is required seven days prior to arrival date OTHERWISE a cancellation fee equivalent to one night’s accommodation is applicable.

Check In

Suites will be available from 4 pm and check in is available from 4 pm to 6 pm and check-out time is 11 am.
Should you require alternative times from the above, please let us know and we will do our best to oblige.
When booking please quote an email address so that we can confirm your booking with you.
Please let us know what time you expect to check in by either texting +353 87 2055566 or email grainne@desmondhousekinsale.com if outside the above check in time.
Two nights minimum stay on Bank Holiday weekends/Christmas periods apply.
